While we would all love to have some ancient secret or a magical formula for weight loss, the reality is that it takes new thinking to change behavior and to heal long term challenges, and it takes effort to alter deeply held beliefs.
Because every client is different and has different challenges, I use a multi-faceted approach to weight loss depending on the specific needs of each situation.
One client may have a deep seated love/hate relationship with food, another may use food to simulate love; one may not be able to control cravings while another may be unable to move her body or exercise. So, it is vital to wellness and weight loss to explore exactly what is at the root of the weight problem and utilize every possible technique to address the specific concern.
